President and COO of Infor Global Solutions, as a member of its board
of directors.
"Cambia has reached the point in time when

"Cambia

by our innovative product, Cambia CM®." said Herbig. "Cambia helps
enterprises manage their security needs by identifying the root cause
of security vulnerabilities and other exposures., and the market
response to our product has been enthusiastic. It's a great sign that
we're in the right place at the right time. My plan is to immediately
bring focus to our sales and marketing efforts, increasing market
share, driving revenue growth and becoming a leading force in the
emerging security change monitoring and management market."
Ken Walters

technology and software application market. He has served as President
and COO of Infor Global Solutions since December of 2002. Prior to

Innovations Group, managing partner of Coopers & Lybrand, Senior VP
at Dun & Bradstreet Software, and COO at Emerald Systems.
"Cambia
Security has introduced a new breed of security products into the
marketplace, allowing organizations to proactively solve their
vulnerability management problems thereby breaking the current 'chase
the patch' mentality," said Walters. "I am excited to be joining such a
visionary team, and I hope that my industry experience will assist in
the on-going development of Cambia's go-to-market strategy. The company
is well-positioned for dynamic and consistent revenue growth in an
exciting new segment of the security management market."
